Non-Returnable Items

  • Damage caused by improper care or handling after delivery
  • Subjective preferences regarding color, style, or flower selection when substitutions were authorized
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

  • Orders placed for specific dates that were successfully delivered as scheduled

Flower Care and Longevity

The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, environmental conditions, and care provided. To maximize the longevity of your flowers, we recommend:

  • Placing flowers in clean water immediately upon receipt
  • Trimming stems at an angle before placing in water
  • Changing water every 2-3 days
  • Keeping flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts
  • Removing any wilted flowers or foliage promptly
  • Using flower food if provided
  • Keeping flowers away from ripening fruit

With proper care, most arrangements should maintain their beauty for 5-7 days or longer. Some flowers, such as roses and lilies, may last even longer with appropriate care.

For orders placed for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, or corporate events, we recommend discussing your requirements in detail with our team. For these important events:
